The day has finished. We have spent today thinking of the following question:

Am I using my time wisely?

How many hours today did you spend on social media? On browsing the internet? I have the habit of checking the news online every half hour or so. If I compound that through the course of my workday, I am wasting hours of time. I purposely deleted the Facebook app on my cellphone because I felt like I was wasting too much time not learning. The only time I go on Facebook now is once every few weeks. Have I missed anything? Yes, cat videos. Other than that, not really. We must prioritize what we want from life. If your priority is staying up-to-date on what people put online, then by all means, continue to browse. But if it is to be successful and grow, then odds are social media is wasting your time. Does this mean never read the news or go on social media? No, it’s about prioritizing what is right for you. I go on social media to unwind and I limit it to 20 minutes. Do I see and catch up on EVERYTHING people share? No. Does it matter? No. It’s is a way to destress and unwind because I have invested the rest of my time in learning and trying to grow. The choice is yours.

How have we grown from this? Did we execute any differently today because of this? Do you feel that you have new tools to accomplish tomorrow?
